i had two adobe ids, but managed to get adobe to deactivate one and change the e-mail on the other, so i now have only one account registered under my new e-mail address.
when i set up my original account i authorised it to share with other devices, but now my old books are saying they are not authorised to be copied and will not let me copy to my new PC, not only that, but they will no longer open on my device, saying they are protected by copywrite.
how can i get access to my old books again?
